Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

When you book an appointment, that time is exclusively reserved for you. I prepare in advance by setting up equipment, selecting products, and blocking off the appropriate amount of time. Short-notice cancellations directly affect my ability to serve others.


I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit will be deferred to a future booking.


  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.
  • You may contact me by text, phone, email, or direct message during business hours.

Deposits & Booking Terms:

A deposit of $40 is required to secure all appointments and must be sent to: Info@r-skinbar.com

Deposits are non-refundable and can be paid via e-transfer.

Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.


Late Arrival Policy:

There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond that, I will do my best to accommodate you, but I may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment, depending on the schedule for the day.


No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to show up without any prior notice will forfeit their deposit  


Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward treatments or product purchases only.

At R Skin Bar, my goal is to help you achieve healthy, glowing skin through safe, professional treatments tailored to your unique needs. While I am committed to high standards of care and visible results, it’s important to understand that:


  • Results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, product use, and compliance with post-treatment care.
  • There are no guaranteed results, and multiple sessions may be required.
  • I do not offer refunds or exchanges for treatments or packages once purchased or completed.

Ongoing maintenance and adherence to your homecare plan are essential for long-term success.

At R Skin Bar, treatment packages are designed to help you stay consistent with your skincare goals while offering value and convenience. To ensure you achieve the best possible results, all packages must be used within a specified time period.

  • Packages are non-transferable and intended for the original purchaser only.
    All treatment packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
  • Remaining sessions or credits within a package cannot be refunded, exchanged, or deferred.

Sales & Promotions:

Occasionally, I offer promotions or giveaways for special occasions or as a thank you to my clients. All promotions:


  • Are time-sensitive and must be used within the deadline specified
  • Cannot be combined with other offers the greater discount will apply
  • Are subject to individual terms and conditions

Personal Belongings:

To ensure a clean, organized space, I ask that clients limit personal items brought into the treatment room. Please avoid bringing in groceries, shopping bags, or extra belongings.

R Skin Bar is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.


Illness & Wellness Policy:

If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing, sore throat, or any signs of infection, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please notify me as soon as possible so I can adjust the schedule and ensure a safe space for all clients.

I understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. If you’re sick and unable to attend, your deposit may be deferred to a future booking as long as I’m notified at least 12 hours in advance.


  •  If you arrive visibly unwell, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of both of us and other clients
  • If no notice is given and you do not attend, it will be treated as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

In the event of severe weather or natural disruptions, I follow local public safety guidance such as school closures, TTC service updates, or other official notices.

If conditions make it unsafe to travel, I will reach out to reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask that you book your appointment on a day when you are confident in your transportation arrangements.


Respectful Conduct Policy:

R Skin Bar is a safe and respectful space. I do not tolerate any form of verbal aggression, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Clients are expected to treat all interactions with courtesy and professionalism. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.


Medical Disclosure Policy:

Please disclose any relevant medical history, medications, or recent procedures prior to your appointment. Certain conditions or prescriptions may contraindicate treatment. Failure to disclose may result in cancelled appointments or adverse outcomes.


Photography & Media Consent Policy:

At R Skin Bar, I will take before-and-after photos to document treatment progress and results. By receiving services at R Skin Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


  • I will photograph your treatment area(s) before and after your procedure for documentation and record-keeping.
  • These images may be used for advertising, education, or promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.
  • I reserve the right to retouch these photos as necessary for clarity while maintaining the integrity of your results. 
    By granting consent, you also assign copyright of the images to Rubab Paracha, owner of R Skin Bar.

Pregnancy Policy:

At R Skin Bar, your safety is my top priority.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform me prior to booking your appointment. Many advanced treatments such as laser therapy, peels, and certain active ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing.


  • I do not perform treatments on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you become pregnant during a treatment plan or package series, remaining sessions may be paused and resumed once you’re medically cleared to continue.
  • Refunds are not issued for unused sessions, but I will gladly extend the expiration of your package to accommodate your timeline.

Guests & Children Policy:

To maintain a calm and professional treatment environment, I kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. Due to safety and space limitations, guests, children, or pets are not permitted in the treatment room.
